POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Office Executive(Media Partner Dept.)  will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunity on creating media partners for kachhua, who will market kachhua on social media and kachhua will pay for this marketing task. As a member of the Media Partner Dept, you will work closely with the kachhua head, Marketing department and freelancer. You are responsible for creating new media partner (freelancer) , maintaining relations with them, taking desired targeted task from them. You will be using your leadership skill in communication with media partners in telephonic or mail communication.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently create ad for posting in social media to get contact detail who want to be our media partner.

•communicate effectively on mail, chat or phone to describe our business policy and working methodology.

• Build relationship with existing partners to motivate them and get desired target work.

• Follow through on prospect meetings, arrange personal  interview, take instant telephonic interview and judge the person.

• Forecast and manage progress against individual media partner for weekly and monthly goals

• Provide account leadership role in selected set of partners to optimize the integrations or marketing campaigns by working closely with partners and internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good experience of internet, good command on social media like facebook, whatsapp, twitter , can create new account on any site easily.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting personal relationships

• Excellent presentation skills, ability to create and deliver convincing arguments and real time judgment power

• Can manage timing, meetings, calls, email and personal chat.

• High energy, positive attitude and team orientation

• Graduate required and MBA preferred
