Position Description

You are responsible for creating positive image of courses of kachhua, get inquiries and convert these in inquiries into sell. You will be updated about courses of kachhua, thinking target audience, inform our targeted audience about our courses by any means (email, social media, personal meeting, handbill-leaflet, poster, letter , call etc). Clear their doubt and questions and convert these targeted audience into happy customer.

4) know how to acquire business leads

5) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting personal relationships

6) You need good Communication Skills

7) You must know all important tools of social media.

Work and remuneration

1) You are given 5 to 10 courses , you have to market these courses in your circle and at locations around you.

2) Weekly working hour are 10

3) you are given healthy remuneration of 20%  of your selling amount

4) You are paid on monthly bases in ginen bank account on every 5th date of the month

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Can handle day to day office work. Good typing speed and experience in internet is required. you are doing work that is followed by your manager. Your command on written english would be fair enough to manage daily business email, and repor creation. you should be aware of all social media , blogging, and google search.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• you should be Smooth and keen at Google search , you need to find out specific information from google in seconds.

• you should be aware of flow of any website, and steps to reach to desired page of the website.

•you are responsible for managing some blog of company and guide other to manage the blogs.

• Follow through on prospect meetings on calls or web and judge the person.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position is very important as it create brand of kachhua, and shows what is kachhua. to the world. You are expert in describing thing in articulate and easy to understand way, simply you are master of words. You will create all help content (guideline) for our costumer (students) and our business partners. You will manage all social media connection of kachhua, post new articles on blogs and sites. Making good banners and make it viral on social media would be your hobby. How to present ourselves on youtube and other social channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•communicate effectively on mail, chat or phone to describe our business policy, our strategy and working methodology.

• You are responsible for creating pages on our website kachhua and other sister website of blog daily, on various topics of any department of kachhua.

•you should be Smooth and keen at Google search , you need to find out specific information from google in seconds that will be useful in your writing task easy and unique.

• You will be managing all social account (facebook,twitter,whatsapp,youtube atc) , updating to create brand or kachhua and getting good traffic on kachhua by means of social marketing.

• Follow through on prospect meetings on calls or web with kachhua staff and understand what is happening at kachhua to create relevant pages for that.

• Edit and enhance photos by using some tools, create some banners/poster in paint/ inkskep like software.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a member of the Business Development team, you will work closely with the kachhua head, Marketing department, Trainer and teacher spreaded over the globe, private educational institute and training companies. You play a critical role in securing new partnerships as well as managing a set of existing relationships for Kachhua.  In this entrepreneurial role, you are responsible for achieving business targets in specific market segments or regions through a consultative selling process in which you build relationships with senior executives or owners at leading brands and enterprises.

The Office Executive(Media Partner Dept.)  will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunity on creating media partners for kachhua, who will market kachhua on social media and kachhua will pay for this marketing task. As a member of the Media Partner Dept, you will work closely with the kachhua head, Marketing department and freelancer. You are responsible for creating new media partner (freelancer) , maintaining relations with them, taking desired targeted task from them. You will be using your leadership skill in communication with media partners in telephonic or mail communication.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
