POSITION DESCRIPTION
Independently create advertise banner , articles, blog postsThe Business Development Officer (Author/Partner Dept.) will be responsible for identifying and executing on large partnership opportunities for kachhua to drive significant Course creation process for kachhua. As a member of the Business Development team, you will work closely with the kachhua head, Marketing department, Trainer and teacher spreaded over the globe, private educational institute and training companies. You play a critical role in securing new partnerships as well as managing a set of existing relationships for Kachhua. In this entrepreneurial role, you are responsible for achieving business targets in specific market segments or regions through a consultative selling process in which you build relationships with senior executives or owners at leading brands and enterprises.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•communicate effectively on mail, chat or phone to describe our business policy, our strategy and working methodology.
• you should be Smooth and keen at Google search , you need to find out specific information from google in seconds.
• you should be aware of flow of any website, and steps to reach to desired page of the website.
•you are responsible for managing some blog of company and guide other to manage the blogs.
• Build relationship with existing partners to motivate them and get desired target work.
• Follow through on prospect meetings on calls or web and judge the person.
• Forecast and manage progress for weekly and monthly goals
• Provide account leadership role in selected set of partners to optimize the integrations or marketing campaigns by working closely with partners and internal teams
QUALIFICATIONS
• Good experience of internet, good command on social media like facebook, whatsapp, twitter , smooth and keen at Google search, can create new account on any site easily.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting personal relationships
• Excellent presentation skills, ability to create and deliver convincing arguments and real time judgment power
• Can manage timing, meetings, calls, email and personal chat.
• High energy, positive attitude and team orientation
• Graduate required and MBA / BE or experience in same field preferred
